Claim settlements

Damage Report

In the event of damages, please report them to Real Garant before beginning with repairs.

You will find the appropriate contact information listed under our claims hotlines.

Warranty Examination

Real Garant will check whether the damages are covered by the warranty. Subsequently, a repair authorisation will be issued according to the conditions of the warranty and an authorisation number will be assigned.

Acquisition

Following completion of the repairs, the claim will be settled by Real Garant in accordance with the issued repair authorisation. This usually happens within 2-3 business days after receipt of invoice.
