Mobility meets service: TRIUMPH and Real Garant are working together

Since the beginning of May all newly registered TRIUMPH motorbikes come with a free, two-year mobility guarantee. Subsequently, Triumph owners can extend their guarantee up until the fifth year free of charge, providing they bring their bike in for the yearly check-up. The new guarantee is based on a partnership between TRIUMPH and Real Garant. Thanks to the cooperation, bike-fans are also able to book their service in advance.

With the new mobility guarantee and the additional option of in advance service packages, TRIUMPH Motorrad Deutschland GmbH makes their customer service even better. Good to know: All those, that already have a TRIUMPH bike – with an age of maximum five years – in their garage at home, can also profit of the new mobility guarantee for a small fee. More Information is available at participating TRIUMPH dealerships.

The same is also true when it comes to the custom-tailored service-packages offered by participating TRIUMPH dealerships. “The service-packages enable the customer to book his service already in advance,” explains Daniel König, Director Sales Germany Real Garant. “This creates planning security and gives the customer the good feeling of having the service already set up.”

The new service-packages come for three different mileages in the options „Urban“ (max. 5.000 km/year), „Traveller“ (max. 10.000 km/year) and „Globetrotter“ (max. 15.000 km/year). Additionally, customers can choose between two terms of 24 or 48 months, that include all maintenance required by the manufacturer.

„I’m very pleased that the partnership with Real Garant allows us to offer our customers a complete service regarding mobility. With the new service-packages, it becomes even easier to keep your TRIUMPH in best form. And if something does happen, the mobility guarantee gets you back on track in record time. This way we know that our customer and his bike are being taken care of,” says Natalie Kavafyan, Managing Director TRIUMPH Deutschland.
