Since August, customer loyalty specialist Real Garant has also been a partner of Zukunftswerkstatt 4.0. Especially in the area of after-sales, Real Garant contributes its many years of experience and innovative products for customer loyalty.

The development of the “Zukunftswerkstatt 4.0” in Esslingen is progressing steadily and since August Real Garant has also been on board. The “Zukunftswerkstatt 4.0” project of the “Institut für Automobilwirtschaft” (IfA) serves as an innovation showcase for technologies related to the customer journey in car dealerships and as a platform for exchange in the automotive industry.

As a customer loyalty specialist, Real Garant contributes its expertise on the topic of customer loyalty in after-sales.

In addition to classic warranty insurance, which is now also available for alternative drives, Real Garant will present innovative service products. “With the care4mobility app, we already offer car dealerships a clever tool for direct communication with the end customer,” explains Florian Rohkamm, Chief Distribution Officer Real Garant. “As part of the Zukunftswerkstatt 4.0, we want to present the possibilities that we already have today and seek exchange to discover new potential.”

Real Garant also offers a product for better workshop utilization: With service&mobility, Real Garant’s maintenance package, customers benefit from planning security and a monthly payment option, while car dealerships improve their customer loyalty and workshop utilization.

Real Garant also presented these and other products with the “Zukunftswerkstatt 4.0” at Automechanika in Frankfurt. In the after-sales area from September 14 to 16, the company presented the possibilities that already exist today around the topic of customer loyalty.

When the “Zukunftswerkstatt 4.0” opens its doors in November just a few minutes by car from the Real Garant headquarters in Denkendorf, Real Garant will also present all warranty and service products on site.
