In May, some changes took place in the German sales department of Real Garant: Johannes Höfflin, former Head of Market Proposition, takes over the newly created position of Head of Sales Germany, while Jana Hitzer takes over the leadership of the Account Directors team as Manager Account Director Germany.
Since the beginning of the month, Real Garant’s German sales team has a new structure: Johannes Höfflin has taken on the role of Head of Sales Germany. After seven years in the German sales team, Johannes Höfflin took over the position as Head of Market Proposition about two years ago. In two years, Johannes Höfflin not only set up the Market Proposition department, but was also able to broaden his sales experience with a deep understanding of internal processes as well as sales and general company strategy.
In his new role, he oversees the German Key Account Team.
Another new role was created with the position of Manager Account Director. In future, Jana Hitzer will be in charge of the growing Account Director team in Germany. In her previous role as Account Director, Jana Hitzer spent four years cultivating and further developing existing cooperations with manufacturers, associations and mobility service providers, as well as successfully implementing new projects. At the beginning of May, Jana Hitzer’s team was joined by a new member: Carolin Ester. From her previous role as Key Account Manager at Real Garant, Carolin Ester brings a total of around two years of experience in Real Garant sales.
Both Jana Hitzer and Johannes Höfflin report to Daniel König in their new positions. Daniel König thus assumes the role of Director Sales Germany and Marketing at Real Garant. He will continue to report to Florian Rohkamm, Chief Distribution Officer of Real Garant.
“We are convinced that with the new set-up we will be able to respond even better to the requirements and wishes of our customers and partners, but also of our employees,” explains Daniel König. In recent years, Real Garant has not only grown very strongly in Europe, but also in Germany. In order to cover this growth and the wide-ranging product portfolio for customer loyalty accordingly, a good personnel structure is needed. In the next few months, further hirings are planned in the sales department of Real Garant.

With immediate effect, the Market Proposition department will be looked after by Suzana Janny, who succeeds Johannes Höfflin as “Manager Market Proposition”. Previously, Suzana Janny was Product Manager care4mobility in the Market Proposition department, responsible for the support and further development of the customer loyalty specialist’s in-house app.
